Your Content & Our Content

When you use Work Pilot AI, there are two types of content involved: yours and ours. Let's clarify who owns what:

  • Your Content: Anything you input into Work Pilot AI, such as prompts, data, or files, is yours. You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant Work Pilot AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Service for you. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Our Content: The Work Pilot AI platform itself, including its software, code, design, logos, trademarks, and any content we provide (excluding user-generated content), belongs to Work Pilot AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these terms. You can't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
  • AI Output: The content generated by Work Pilot AI based on your prompts is typically considered yours, but please be aware that the originality and intellectual property rights around AI-generated content can be complex and are still evolving.

Keeping Things Safe (Disclaimers & Liability)

We work hard to make Work Pilot AI a fantastic tool, but there are some things we need you to understand:

  • "As Is" Service: Work Pilot AI is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We can't guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We don't make any promises about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content generated by the AI.
  • Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Pilot AI (and its owners, employees, or affiliates) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Work Pilot AI for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not had any payment obligations to Work Pilot AI, whichever is greater.

When Things Don't Work Out (Termination)

We hope you'll be a long-term user, but sometimes accounts need to be closed.

  • By You: You can stop using Work Pilot AI at any time. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at [email protected].
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to Work Pilot AI, with or without cause or notice, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use Work Pilot AI will immediately cease.
